Guam Parkour Association is Guam’s first parkour community assembled to develop a positive foundation for the future of parkour here in Guam, as well as, for other neighboring communities in the Pacific Region. We are comprised with a dedicated team of individuals who volunteer their time to promoting a positive future for Guam’s fast growing parkour community. Guam Parkour focuses their efforts towards community development while strongly promoting “safety, positivity & respect” in all practices of parkour/freerunning.

Parkour is more than a sport, its a discipline, an art, a “martial science” that is a proven, positive, force within all communities, locally and internationally.  As with all traditional martial arts, there is strong values and philosophy that influence a person’s inner development, or “self”.  Its the study of mind, body and spirit to develop not only physically, but character develops uniformly as a result; this study is known as “martial science”.  Guam Parkour up holds the teachings of martial science .

Since, February 2009, GUPK was and is still sustained by a volunteer program that consist of GUPK Assistant Coaches that have the responsibility to reflect GUPK values in themselves and to the community.
